Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.

Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers and answer any questions they may have.

Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services as appropriate.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging merchandise displays and restocking shelves.

Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.

Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments and verifying inventory accuracy.

Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and product demonstrations to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with safety and security protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or retail management is a plus.

Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects as needed in a retail setting.
