Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on Human Resources -related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in Human Resources systems.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement Human Resources initiatives that support business objectives.
