Assistant Front Office Manager Vacancy in Dubai

The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the front office department to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff.

Train and mentor front office staff to ensure high standards of guest service and professionalism.

Assist in maintaining accurate room inventory and availability.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with the scheduling of front office staff and monitor attendance and performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Assist with the preparation of reports and analysis of front office operations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
