Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.

Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

Provide technical support to end-users

Monitor and manage network resources

Collaborate with external IT vendors for support and services.

Implement IT policies and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience as an IT Administrator is preferred.

Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.

Knowledge of network administration and security.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

IT certifications are a plus
