Responsibilities:

Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and beverages.

Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Upsell additional menu items or specials to enhance the dining experience.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service.

Handle cash and process payments accurately.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.

Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
