Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and transportation to their rooms.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with room features and facilities.
Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
Coordinate with front desk staff and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas.
Monitor and maintain the appearance of luggage carts and other equipment.
Assist with guest transportation arrangements, such as calling taxis or arranging shuttle services.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with courtesy and efficiency.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
