Position: Contact Center Officer

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the contact center.

Supervise and support contact center agents.

Monitor and evaluate agent performance

Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

Ensure adherence to quality and service standards.

Conduct training sessions for contact center staff.

Prepare reports on contact center activities and performance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a contact center role is required.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Familiarity with contact center technologies and systems.
