Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with valet parking services.

Park and retrieve guests vehicles safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.

Provide directions and assistance to guests as needed.

Ensure the security of guests vehicles and belongings.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a polite and professional manner.

Collect parking fees and accurately record transactions.

Adhere to safety and traffic regulations at all times.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of valet parking services.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a valet parking attendant or in a similar customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
