Job Title: Cleaner

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Janitor. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facility, ensuring a positive experience for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.

Dust and wipe surfaces to maintain a tidy and presentable space.

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.

Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and healthy environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is an asset.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects.

Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.

Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Excellent communication skills.
