Handling all Human Resources related works by recruiting (conducting interviews along with the respective line manager), selecting, orienting, and training Employees.
Managing all employment requirement from all department managers and serve on its given timeline.
Reaching out to potential candidates through networking, headhunting, and cold calling.
Prepares job posting across all required portals and sites and to join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates.
Lead the on boarding process for new employees including the end-to-end management for visa processing.
Design and implement Company policies in line with industry standards and organizational values and provide guidance across departments.
Develops, updates, implements, and/or communicates staff policies and procedures in compliance with standard Human Resources practices according to UAE laws and regulations.
Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results for all Employees.
Maintains company policies and implements counseling or disciplinary actions if needed.
Ensure employee queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience for minimum of 2 years in Human Resources (Real Estate Field is a PLUS)
Bachelors degree in human resource or any related degree.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. Resume databases and portfolio sites)
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
Good decision-making skills
Extensive knowledge in UAE Labour Laws and Regulations.
