Hotel Receptionist Vacancy in Dubai

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.

Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails and messages from guests.

Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and services.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and photocopying.

Assist with guest requests and complaints, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
