About Us:

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise or materials.

Verify and maintain accurate records of inventory levels using manual or computerized systems.

Organize and maintain the storage area to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.

Issue and dispatch materials, tools, or equipment to internal departments or external customers as needed.

Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory counts.

Coordinate with purchasing and procurement departments to replenish stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Prepare and package items for shipment or delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

Monitor and track inventory movements, including transfers, returns, and disposals.

Assist with the development and implementation of inventory management procedures and policies.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate material handling equipment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for handling hazardous materials (if applicable).
