Position: Hotel Driver

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from designated locations in accordance with the hotels transportation guidelines.

Provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

Conduct routine inspections of the hotel vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition.

Report any issues or maintenance requirements promptly to the designated authority.

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings.

Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest.

Adhere to the established transportation schedule and promptly notify the hotel management of any deviations or delays.

Ensure the safety of passengers by strictly adhering to traffic rules and regulations.

Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with the local area and attractions.

Ability to lift and carry luggage.
