Role and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, Beers, wines, and specialty drinks, with precision, consistency, and creativity.

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining/drinking experience.

Master a diverse repertoire of cocktail recipes and techniques, including mixing, shaking, stirring, and garnishing, to satisfy guests preferences and exceed their expectations.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, adhering to legal drinking age restrictions and company policies to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests.

Upsell and promote special offerings, events, and promotions to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.

Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory using POS systems or manual logs.

Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques, continuously expanding your knowledge and repertoire.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer varieties, with a passion for mixology and beverage service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and presentation in beverage preparation and service.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations, responsible alcohol service practices, and sanitation standards.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the role.

Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g, TIPS, Serv Safe) is a plus.
