Role and Responsibilities:

Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and other sales techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and address customer inquiries and concerns.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software or other tracking tools.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.

Results-driven mindset, with a passion for sales and a desire to excel in a performance-driven culture.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments from customers.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
