We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
