Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.

Respond to help desk requests and service tickets in a timely and professional manner, documenting solutions and outcomes.

Collaborate with IT team members to implement and support IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.

Conduct user training sessions and create user guides and documentation as needed.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels in accordance with company policies and security standards.

Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities and potential threats.

Stay up-to-date with technology trends, software updates, and best practices in IT support and cybersecurity.

Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred.

Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong technical background in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS), productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), and remote desktop tools.

Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users at all levels of the organization.

Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
