The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources processes and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to employees.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
Assist with payroll processing and administration.
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
