Support the head chef and culinary team in executing special menus, catering events, and banquet functions as required.
Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food products.
Follow instructions from supervisors and demonstrate flexibility in performing various tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a passion for cooking and a desire to learn.
Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling procedures, and kitchen safety practices.
