Security Guard For Warehouse in Dubai

Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas of the warehouse facility to detect and deter unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other security threats.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify suspicious activities or disturbances.
Conduct regular inspections of doors, windows, gates, and other entry points to ensure they are properly secured.
Enforce access control procedures by verifying the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance, following established protocols and procedures.
Conduct routine checks of equipment, such as fire extinguishers and emergency lighting, to ensure they are in working order.
Document and report incidents, accidents, or security breaches in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other security personnel and warehouse staff to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, contractors, and employees regarding safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Stay informed about security trends, threats, and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional training in security or law enforcement preferred.
Proven experience as a security guard, law enforcement officer, or military personnel preferred but not required.
Valid security guard license or certification issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform patrols and respond to emergencies as needed.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, exercising good judgment and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, and two-way radios.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
