Call Centre Representative Vacancy in Dubai
Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Call Center Representatives. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and resolving inquiries. No prior experience is required; were looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide information about products/services, process orders, and handle customer concerns or issues.
Navigate computer systems to accurately document customer interactions and outcomes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective call center operations.
Follow established Scripts and procedures while adapting to varying customer needs.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
