Role and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Listen attentively to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.

Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, account management, and troubleshooting.

Follow call Scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)].

Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.

Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.

Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

High school diploma or equivalent.
