We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Indoor and Outdoor Salespersons. The Salespersons will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales both inside our showroom and out in the field. Responsibilities:
Indoor Sales:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom, offering assistance and providing product information.
Listen to customers needs and preferences, recommending products that best meet their requirements.
Demonstrate product features and benefits, highlighting key selling points to encourage purchase decisions.
Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and customization options, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and issuing receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are well-presented and properly stocked.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
Outdoor Sales:
Identify potential customers and prospects through proactive lead generation activities, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with customers, closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
