Responsibilities:

Recruitment and onboarding: Posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new employees.

Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Payroll and benefits administration: Managing employee payroll, benefits enrollment, and ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.

Training and development: Coordinating employee training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Administrative tasks: Managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to the organization.

Policy development: Developing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote a positive work environment.

Performance management: Developing and implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.

Record-keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
