School Bus Attendent Vacancy in Dubai

We are currently seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our team as a School Bus Attendant. The School Bus Attendant plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of students during their daily commute to and from school. The ideal candidate will be attentive, compassionate, and committed to providing a positive experience for all passengers.

Responsibilities:

Assist students in boarding and disembarking from the school bus safely, ensuring adherence to established procedures and safety protocols.

Help students find their seats and ensure that seat belts are fastened properly.

Monitor student behavior during transit, promoting a safe and respectful environment at all times.

Address any issues or conflicts among students promptly and effectively, seeking assistance from the bus driver or school authorities as needed.

Communicate with parents/guardians and school staff regarding student behavior, concerns, or special instructions.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the bus, including picking up trash and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing student transportation.

Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and other relevant topics.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Transportation Supervisor or school administration.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine concern for the well-being of children.

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and emergencies.

Physical stamina and the ability to assist students with mobility challenges or special needs.

Willingness to undergo background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements as mandated by state or local regulations.
