Telesales Officer Vacancy in Dubai

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Tele sales Officers. The Tele sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services over the phone, engaging with prospective customers, and meeting sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists or databases.

Introduce our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.

Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match their requirements and preferences.

Answer questions and address concerns from customers, providing accurate information and solutions as needed.

Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets set by the Sales Manager or team leader.

Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads contacted, and sales closed.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.

Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.

Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection to achieve desired outcomes.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including using CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
