The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling general office duties.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Handle general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Prepare and edit documents, including memos, letters, and reports.
Coordinate travel arrangements
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
