Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
Educate users on basic software and hardware functionality.
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Support Staff or in a similar role.
Associate degree or relevant certifications in Information Technology or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
