About Us:

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Company Driver. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of company personnel, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport company personnel, clients, and guests to designated locations in a timely manner, following predetermined routes and schedules.

Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure that vehicles are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, including interior and exterior cleaning, refueling, and routine maintenance tasks.

Assist with loading and unloading of company equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.

Provide assistance and support to passengers, including helping with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs, submitting reports to the designated supervisor as required.

Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair services with authorized service providers, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely completion of work.

Follow company protocols for emergency situations, including accidents, breakdowns, or medical emergencies, and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers and vehicles.

Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1 years of driving experience.

Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes, as well as knowledge of navigation tools and GPS systems.

Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and light trucks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers, colleagues, and other road users.

Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, and reaching tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.

Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for the safety and well-being of passengers and vehicles.

Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on company needs and scheduling requirements.
