Cleaning Supervisor Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for maintaining clean and sanitary environments. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards and procedures.

Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.

Assign duties and tasks to cleaning staff based on workload and priorities.

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and employee performance.

Qualifications:
