Restaurant Host Hostess Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing the seating chart, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.

Manage the seating chart and coordinate seating assignments to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

Answer phones and assist with reservations and inquiries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess station and lobby area.

Monitor the dining room for empty or dirty tables and coordinate with servers to ensure timely seating and table turnover.

Assist with other tasks as needed to support the front-of-house team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
