Retail Store Manager Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff training.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Hire, train, and supervise store staff.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
