Human Resources Officer Vacancy in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

Developing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures.

Overseeing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.

Managing employee benefits, including health insurance.

Coordinating training and development programs for employees.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Maintaining accurate employee records and Human Resources databases.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources software.
