Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper to join our hotels operational team. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing and organizing inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, and facilitating seamless supply chain operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting the smooth functioning of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and quality.

Maintain organized and efficient storage of supplies and goods.

Monitor and track inventory levels, anticipating restocking needs.

Issue and distribute supplies to various hotel departments.

Keep accurate records of stock movements and transactions.

Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and prevent shortages.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the storage area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.

Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
