This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Dubai. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, sales and cross sales, medical terminology, and effective communication with patients while showing empathy and maintaining confidentiality. The Patient Coordinator will also be responsible for managing patient check-in, check-out, and ensuring that patients have a positive experience.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in 2 of the following languages; Arabic, Russian, and/or English.
Prior experience in sales and customer service, preferably aesthetic services and body treatments.
Understanding of medical terminology
Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize, listen, and effectively respond to patient inquiries.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
