Position: Customer Logistics Executive
* Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation processes.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer interactions.
Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation and delivery process.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall logistics efficiency.
* Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics or a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.
Proficient in using logistics management software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
