Job Description:
Step into a leadership role in the hospitality industry as a Restaurant Supervisor! We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to oversee restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Train and mentor restaurant staff on service standards.
Monitor and manage inventory levels and order supplies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams for efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
Oversee scheduling and shift rotations of restaurant staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
Ability to handle customer concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
