Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Provide information about products, services, and resolve customer issues.

Utilize Scripts and training to handle various customer scenarios.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Meet performance targets for call quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

Upsell products or services when appropriate.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Positive and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to handle high call volumes and stressful situations.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
