Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services, identify sales opportunities, and generate leads.

Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote the value and benefits of our offerings.

Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls, emails, and correspondence to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.

Utilize sales Scripts, product knowledge, and objection-handling techniques to effectively communicate key selling points and overcome customer objections.

Accurately record customer information, sales interactions, and outcomes in the company\'s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and achieve sales goals, participating in team meetings and sharing insights and best practices.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics for optimal results.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or business administration preferred.

Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, establish trust, and influence purchasing decisions.

Persuasive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle rejection, objection, and negotiation effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage call volumes, follow-up activities, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.

Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong drive for success, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs and customer availability.
