Valet Parking Driver Vacancy in Dubai

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients vehicles. As we expand our operations, we are seeking courteous and responsible individuals to join our team as Valet Parking Drivers.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
Safely and courteously park and retrieve guests vehicles in designated parking areas.
Follow established valet parking procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and secure vehicle handling.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle parking locations and keys to ensure timely retrieval.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed.
Provide information and directions to guests regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
Monitor vehicle traffic and parking areas to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and uniform standards.
Requirements:
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Excellent driving skills and familiarity with various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a neat and organized work area.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior valet parking experience preferred but not required.
