Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in VIP services, concierge, or customer relations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
