Site Supervisor Vacancy in Dubai

About Us:
We are a leading provider of construction and project management services dedicated to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities at job sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Manage and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction crew members to ensure work is performed efficiently and according to schedule.
Conduct regular inspections of work progress, quality, and safety standards, and address any issues or deviations promptly.
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on site.
Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
Document daily activities, progress reports, and issues encountered during construction and report them to the project manager.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to the job site.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to construction crew members, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with construction safety standards, regulations, and procedures.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and excellence.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
