We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day office operations and providing administrative assistance to various departments.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, including scanning and filing documents.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
