We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As an Human Resources Assistant, you will provide essential support across various Human Resources functions, contributing to the overall success of our Human Resources operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training logistics.
Support employee relations initiatives, including assisting with employee inquiries and conducting exit interviews.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate employee records and Human Resources databases.
Assist with Human Resources projects and initiatives as assigned.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Requirements:
