Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival at the venue or establishment.
Park and retrieve guests vehicles in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other belongings as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area and ensure proper care of guests vehicles.
Provide directions and information about the venue, amenities, and local attractions to guests as requested.
Handle cash and credit card transactions for valet parking services and accurately record payments.
Collaborate with other valet parking attendants and team members to ensure smooth operation of parking services.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
Assist with special events and functions as needed, including directing traffic and managing parking logistics.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a valet parking attendant or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely and proficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
