Office Receptionist Vacancy in Dubai

As an Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere within our office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

Support other administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Receptionist or in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Education and experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience.
