We are currently seeking reliable and experienced individuals to join our team as Bus Drivers for Staff Transportation. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting employees to and from designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Responsibilities:

Operate company-owned buses to transport employees between designated pick-up and drop-off locations.

Adhere to assigned routes and schedules while providing safe and efficient transportation services.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues or concerns.

Assist passengers, including employees with disabilities, with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe and orderly manner.

Maintain a clean and orderly interior of the bus, including ensuring proper sanitation and cleanliness standards are upheld.

Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating the bus.

Communicate effectively with passengers and company personnel to provide updates on schedule changes, delays, or other relevant information.

Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

Follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of accidents, breakdowns, or other emergencies.

Complete required documentation, including mileage logs, incident reports, and passenger counts.

Requirements:

Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.

Minimum 1 years of experience as a bus driver or in a related field preferred.

Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices.

Ability to operate a large vehicle safely and effectively in various weather and road conditions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

High school diploma or equivalent
