Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain an effective document control system.

Receive, organize, and catalog documents in both physical and electronic formats.

Monitor and enforce document naming conventions and version control.

Collaborate with various departments to collect, update, and distribute documents.

Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of document templates.

Ensure compliance with document management policies and procedures.

Provide training to staff on document control processes.

Generate regular reports on document status and distribution.

Requirements:

Familiarity with document management systems and software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
