Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse activity like receiving, staging, stacking, documentation, packing, order.

Fulfillment, route allocation, Inventory, JD applications, customer complaints , cycle count, monthly.

Stock count, etc

2. Supervise Cash collection and forwarding to Head Office.

3. Making Goods Receipt Voucher (GRN) and stock transfer.

4. Ensuring products are updated in Tatmeen prior to GRN.

5. Ensuring that all necessary scanning and labelling are done in Tatmeen.

6. Supervise Space allocation and optimisatation for all inbound and storage locations.

7. Ensure JD accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, Monththy counts and audits.

8. Co-ordinate with Outbound clerk for route and resourse allocation, ensure delivery efficency as.

Per the KPIs.

9. Ensure DO/LT/IT are done timely.

10. Co-Odinate with Merchandisers and principle company for receivng and Dispatching POSM.
