Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

Process reservations accurately and efficiently using the hotels reservation system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, packages, and promotions.
Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences.
Resolve guest issues and complaints regarding reservations in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
Adhere to company standards for customer service and reservation procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
